- We do not offer refund or exchanges. Please make sure your order is placed correctly.
- In the event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us as soon as possible on neemaflowers27@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (exc. shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
